When you write, please include your in-app username (Settings → Account) and the platform you are playing on (Android or iOS). It helps us find your account quickly.

Common questions

I lost my progress after reinstalling the app

If you signed in with Google, Facebook, X, Instagram, or Apple before, just sign in with the same account on the fresh install and your progress will restore automatically. If you played as a guest, write to us with your approximate level and we will try to help.

I bought hints and they did not appear

Try force-closing the app and opening it again — purchases sync in the background and usually arrive within a minute. If they still are not there after a few minutes, email us with the order ID from your Google Play or App Store receipt and we will fix it manually.

A puzzle answer is wrong / image is broken

Please tell us the puzzle level number and what looks off. Screenshots help a lot. We fix puzzle issues weekly.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Your level completions and hint usage are saved locally and synced with the server the next time you have an internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or visit our Delete Account page for instructions and to request deletion via email.

Reporting a bug

If something is broken, please include:

  • Your device model and OS version (e.g. Samsung S24 / Android 14, or iPhone 15 / iOS 17)
  • The app version (Settings → About → Version)
  • What you were doing when the problem happened
  • A screenshot or short screen recording if you can
